Stress, heredity, and imbalance of hormones are the common causes of acni. Lots of us is undergoing this kind of skin imbalance. Here are some tips to avoid ACNI appearance:

■ Eat more antioxidant-rich foods, including fruits and vegetables.

■ Drink lots of water to keep the skin hydrated and healthy.

■ Limit processed and refined foods, and opt for whole, healthful foods instead.
